I thought that the one's in Vanilla SSF2 didn't match the Character's Games or Personality. So now every character will have a new Congrats Screen once PM:FE reaches it's full version.
Along with new things we've also added 0.05 gravity to every single character meaning every character will feel a bit faster when falling as well as L cancelling.
Also there is now an in game introduction just like Project M before the SSF2 Disclaimer plays.
